If I ditch my DirectTV Dish and go to DirectV Streaming can I stream from any location as long as I have a DirectV capable TV or only when I am connected to my home WiFI? Terry

when i turn on my c71kw-200 it now goes directly to a new login page. for years I have used this with my name and password remembered.  why did the machine suddenly seem to lose my old original log in information (which I myself have forgotten).   Can I get it back some way?  Ca

The width of the guide got smaller so I did a system reset. Now there is no picture or sound but the guide is still showing. I reset again using the red button and then completely removing power but it’s still the same. Neither receiver has a picture but I can still watch recorded shows.
