Why did ATT/DirecTv drop because of fees NewsMax but keep CNN which has higher fees and lower ratings?

I am done with Directv. Bad mistake dropping Newsmax.

Where is Newsmax channel and One America News Network. It's not in our Premier Channel Package for some reason. If it is a technical problem, when will it be restored? Thank you in advance.
