No sound on channel

As of yesterday, there is no sound except background music on all of the ABC shows. I cannot hear any dialog. The commercials work fine but not the shows. Is there an issue with ABC?  Thank you! C

Disabled autoplay, but it autoplays

Five Recent Channels staying at bottom of screen

Out of nowhere, five boxes showing my recent channels has taken residence at the bottom of the picture of my current channel content. Neither pressing back nor home ok makes it go away for more than a few seconds. How can I remove these recent channels boxes?

Account will not log in

30 second skip not 30 seconds

Just got the service and was watching boxing. I've had every dvr known to man and during boxing matches when I've hit the 30 second skip, the clock on the match would reflect exactly 30 seconds but with this service it was 26 seconds. Logging into TV

Just signed up for Direct Tv. All TV’s work so far except bedroom. Keep getting code 0017. The app is installed just won’t let me log in. Its only my second day with service.

Delete series

I cannot seem to find a way to delete series recordings as apposed to individual recordings. I called the 800 number and after 30 minutes they said it was not possible. Whaaaa??!! Thanks
