Is there anywhere on the web where we can get an updated list of what programing content is restricted from being streamed vs cable? For example Nash Bridges will not air on DIRECTV Stream, and I believe last year Rudolf was blocked at Christmas time. It may have been another Christmas program.

I recently upgraded to the genie and after about two months, it started to freeze regularly maybe 5 to 10 times an hour of viewing. i reset it a number of times, and it did seem to make it less often, but still freezes. Other ideas?

We have some programs that have been setup to record the series that are not recording. I noticed in recording history that the recording was canceled for what appears to be a code (13). Sometimes it shows canceled because of code (7). What is going on? This is very frustrating.

It appears this issue has been a problem with your customers since as far back as 2018, according to other threads. Here we are in 2023 and the same issue exists. Why has there been no resolution? What do you suggest for customers that pay you for a service that INCLUDES ESPN and can’t access?
