I got a Phone Call, by: DirecTV Stream, for me to get Premium Channels. Why does DirecTV calls me to get Premium Channels?

I live in central Pinellas County. when I DVR a program on ABC it tapes on the ABC Sarasota station. how can I program my DVR to my local ABC station?

Does DirecTV offer AAA, Law Enforcement or ATT&T mobile customer discounts?
