Volume Levels on Local Channels

Volume levels have decreased almost in half on two of our local channels (WLBT channel 3 and WAPT channel 16) in the Jackson, MS area on both Osprey/Gemini box and Firestick. Have tried different audio settings (surround and PCM) but same issue. This is very annoying especially when you change channels and have to lower the volume quickly to keep from being blasted out. Please check into this as soon as possible.
