Terrible Streaming Quality (Bitrate, Resolution, Fps, delay), Even Worse Company

Hello DirecTv, I'm sure you have seen the countless complaints about the pixelated, choppy mess that is your streaming service. My question to you, is when will you finally do one of these two things:  either revert back to what your streaming service was about 7 months ago (watchable), or come out and admit to all of your paying customers that you have shamelessly and sharply reduced the quality of your product, while simultaneously increasing your prices. It would be understandable if you decreased your costs in order to lower your prices for your loyal customers, but instead you have opted to be just another evil corporation. Increase prices. Decrease quality. Evil. At least admit to it. And to the customer service agent, who is also likely not being paid nearly enough money to reply to me, who is going to reply with some copy/paste response about how my problems are due to my poor internet connection or DirecTv had no choice but to reduce the streaming quality, all I have to say to you is this: You have chosen to waste your short life lying, on behalf of a company who doesn't care about you, to innocent people much like yourself, all because you have become so useless and downright lazy, that you couldn't prevent yourself from ending up in such a seriously pathetic life. Go ahead, send me a useless response, and then go back to living your waste of a life. Now back to you DirecTv. All I want from your stupid website is to watch football games once a week, however your streaming quality is so genuinely horrendous, that I can't even see where the ball is amongst the blurry mess that is your streams. It is the year 2025, they have literally invented flying cars and holograms, and I can't see the football on your stream. I have begun to use illegal streaming websites such as StreamEast, because their streams are somehow better than yours, and I can actually make out what is happening. I hope they put you out of business. Anyways, I can't wait to hear back from you about a solution, and if you can't provide a solution, I will discontinue all of my subscriptions and tell everybody I ever meet to never go anywhere near DirecTv.

Sad to hear. Not sure what help I can offer. I have no issues streaming with DirecTV on a variety of streaming devices. Hope you figure it out.

What internet speed do you have?

Are other apps (Netflix, HBO Max, Paramount+) choppy?

Is it choppy on your laptop/tablet/phone? What about other TVs?

Is it choppy on mobile internet?

Unplug your streaming device and modem.

Wait 30 seconds.

Plug your modem back in and wait for normal operations.

Plug your streaming device back in.
