Suddenly Can't Access Streaming DirectTV Recordings

I've been watching recordings I've made using my DirectTV streaming account with DirectTV's website using Safari for sometime.  Suddenly about a week ago, the website forced me to re-sign in.  When I did, the recordings were gone.  Everything else worked normally.

I am absolutely certain I'm using the same, correct credentials to log in.

I saw another post on a similar subject on this forum elsewhere claiming that doing so isn't supported.  That is totally incorrect - it is.  I've been doing it for some time.

Question to DirectTV who presumably monitors this forum: how do I get them back ?

We're sorry your recordings are missing, @rus5. Recordings are stored for up to 9 months, after which the oldest ones are deleted and can't be recovered. Are you able to access them on a different device? If not, please reach us at DIRECTV Customer Service - Phone Support & Chat for further troubleshooting. John, DIRECTV Community Team

Yes, of course.  As I said, the website logged me out.  When I logged back in, the recordings were gone.  There were about 40 of them.  They were recorded over many months.  They didn't all hit the 9 month limit at the same moment.

Yes, I can see them on two TVs and all of my iOS devices via the DirectTV app.  They only disappeared from the DirectTV streaming website as visited from any device I have.
