Streaming Volume Very Low

Just recently, several of my channels (local and non local)  volume have been very low.  I have had this same equipment, TV and Direct TV setup for 2 years (including internet).   I have tried all the suggestions that have been this forum, but it doesn't work.  Why would this happen all of a sudden?  It seems like a Direct TV problem that needs some type of update.    Some of the channels work in the morning and then in the afternoon the volume gets really low that i need to turn the volume up to hear it.  When i turn the channel, the volume to the next just blares so loud.   I have contacted AT&T internet and they said my internet is fine.  Please assist!
