Shows not recording
Is anyone else having issues with shows not recording even though they're set up to record? I have my streaming set up to record all games for an MLB team. When a new season starts, it automatically starts recording every game. Until today. It just randomly did not record todays' game. It lists the next several games in the upcoming recordings. Just didn't record today. I chatted with customer service for 68 minutes, and they kept asking me the same questions. What device are you using? When did you set up the recording? When did it last record for you? And every time I answered, they asked the same questions again. So after 68 minutes, I gave up. Clearly, they weren't going to help me. Now I can't trust that the shows and games I set up to record are actually going to record. I pay $122 per month for a regional sports network, and I am unimpressed with the sudden lack of reliability.
Just curious if anyone else has had this same issue and if so, do you know why it happened, and did you get anywhere with DTV customer service? Thanks.

Is it possible that the game was blacked out due to some other channel (that you apparently do not have) having exclusive rights?
On Sunday 13 July, the following game was apparently exclusive to Roku:

If this is not your game, then this isn't your issue.

Thanks for trying, but no, not my game. I missed the Boston Red Sox winning their 10th game in a row!
