Shows keep restarting

This is still an ongoing issue, freezing, heavy congestion, shows restart continues, today alone everything restarted, I have updated my Directv App Build #2002096888 Version 5.0.81

For 2 months this has been ongoing you are supposedly fixing it, nothing happens, you want me to private chat but still can't fix the problem and have no clue. It is super frustrating and annoying that you cannot figure this out.

The client software that runs on the Samsung TV platform has had more than its share of problems.  If you must have the client inside the TV, you may have to look for a different provider.  Otherwise, try some small external streaming device, such as the Fire TV 4K Max stick or Chromecast, and hide it behind the TV.

You might want to check if there is a new version available for download that addresses some of the issues that you're seeing.

I understand that Samsung TV's currently have issues with Directv Streaming App, however prior to it being updated which I have previously stated I had no issues, and what is the point of paying for streaming if I then have to buy something else to watch it through. That defeats the whole point of streaming in my opinion, I positively HATE Roku and would never use it. I am just venting that they haven't yet fixed it and it has for me been ongoing for months.
