We rolled back an app update for some customers with select Samsung TVs because the experience was not up to our standards, @our2cats2. What issue are you currently experiencing? Also, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? John, DIRECTV Community Team

Not worth the effort. Such a degradation in service has pushed me over the edge to switch to a different provider.

We apologize for the app issues on your Samsung device and are working on a fix. Please provide your Samsung TV model number and the DIRECTV Build and Version from the app's Settings for further investigation. Charles, DIRECTV Community Team
