PBS Create
I've been disappointed to find that some of the shows I enjoyed on PBS are only available on something called PBS Create, which does not appear to be offered with DIRECTV. It's available on Spectrum in my area, so surely this can be made available on DIRECTV.
How can this be made a part of the lineup?

There is a PBS app that may give you access to Create if Create is a subchannel of your local PBS station. I have not tried it yet but I see that Create is on only one of my local three PBS channels.
