One TV experiencing "temporary issue playing this content". Two other TVs working fine.

Keep getting the message for both live and recorded program that "We're experiencing a temporary issue playing this content. Please give it a moment and try again." This has been going on for 2 days. I have restarted the router, made sure the TV was connected to the Network. I can play other apps on my Smart TV so it is not an wi-fi connection problem.

What streaming devices are you using? All Smart TV devices?

One is not a Smart TV but it is getting the signal. Other TV that is working is a Smart TV. The one not getting the signal is also a Smart TV

The Directv App for Smart TVs does not work very well as they are not updated often and tend to have a lot of bugs.  I would recommend getting an external device such as Roku, Fire Stick, or even a Gemini device(you can get them online from Walmart for 45.99) as these devices are updated way more and the bugs are usually fixed in a timely manner.

@Tiger593 is the Gemini device you mention from Walmart the same as the one that you can "rent" through Direct TV?

@mtavegia  The one at Walmart is not the Gemini Air device which is currently available through Directv it is the older device but it offers the same features.
