No App preview screen with ONN Roku TV
I have five Roku viewing platforms.
3 external Roku boxes, 1 Hisense TV and 2 ONN tv's.
The DirecTv app preview screen works on all the devices except the 2 Onn tv's.

I have strong wifi and the app has been un and re-installed.

Is this a known issue, has anyone experienced this?
Is there a fix now or in the works?

Both sets have been re-started and checked for current Software Version.
Problem remains.
