Network is heavily congested and video may not play correctly... message
I 've had enough! I am done picking around with this issue. I am on Apple TV and I have ATT internet and DirecTV stream. I have experienced the "network is heavily congested...blah, blah, blah crap for two years now. I upgraded my internet speed, done all the troublshooting steps and the issue persists. I am ready to ditch ATT and go elsewhere! I am mad and dissapointed and I wish ATT would get their act together.

Directv is no longer owned by AT&T. I too am about ready to leave Directv for the same reasons. Buffering, heavy congestion and on recorded shows it jumps back to the beginning of the show. And it happens multiple times within the recording. First time they tried to tell me it was my internet, so we upgraded and had AT&T come out to change our equipment. They tested every room we have no internet problem. And yes we are still getting error messages. Called Directv again and was told the problem is with Samsung TVs and they thought they had fixed the problem. A tech called and we got disconnected and he didn’t call back.
Looking into other services.
