LIBRARY of recordings does NOT show up on Windows 11 computer
I can see LIBRARY of recordings on my DVR and on my iPhone DirecTV APP but not on my Windows 11 PC computer. Is this a feature or a bug? Thank you.
When I click on LIBRARY I get this (but no programs show up):

I'm a retired computer techie and don't have a problem with working a computer. I have used Firefox and Edge and both work fine for all DirecTv stuff except the Library doesn't show any DVR recordings on either. Other ideas?

I use Chrome and it works for me. So I tested in EDGE for you and it also works for me in Edge.
MS EDGE Browser Version 146.0.3856.78 (Official build) (64-bit)
I flipped some of the security & blocking settings on/off in the Edge settings and the DTV site continued to work for me. Do you have an extension that might be causing the problem? Have you tried in a "InPrivate" browser window, also called incognito? Apparently this disabled most/all extensions and is kind of a "safe" mode. JFYI, it works for me in InPrivate/incognito mode also.
This is an odd issue. Good luck getting anybody at DTV to fix this problem. ;)
