How to prevent “are you still there” question while watching direct tv streaming on an iPad?
I am watching DIRECTV via streaming on my iPad. If I don’t touch the screen it interrupts and asks “are you still there”. Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

Hi, @Andrewjh. No, the "are you still there" feature cannot be turned off in the app unless your device manufacturer (e.g., Apple, Roku, etc.) builds this feature into their software. Kesiah, DIRECTV Community Specialist
