How to access community service channel ie city council meeting

DirecTV does not deliver local community service channels. It's likely delivered on your local cable TV company as part of their agreement with the city. Often you can stream these from their website, too.

It's very easy to have it.

Community service channels are more common to local cable systems, not national streaming systems.

I only wish a local community channel. How do I access it

Most of the time the Community Channels are run by the cable campany along with local organizations and government. You might try Googling your local government, as they could possibly have them on the Internet.

It may be very easy for a LOCAL cable company, but that is not DIRECTV STREAM.

If you think it is so easy then how about you provide it?

Plus another problem cable companies use boundries for coverage area and Streaming services use zip code. Some zip codes can cover several cities, towns or districts.
