Firestick Directv Stream not working
We bought a firestick 3rd gen downloaded the Directv Stream application. The app will load but once it us open you can not move to guide or any of the settings within the app. Its like the graphic of what the application looks like but not a functioning app.

Moving to the DIRECTV STREAM forum.
Have you tried updating the Fire Stick and ensuring that the DIRECTV STREAM app is up-to-date?
