DVR doesn't record local channels
On the Gemini Air, I can watch a show on my local network channel like NBC, ABC, CBS, and Fox, but the DVR does not record my local network channels. Instead, it records local channels from other cities. This only happens with Gemini Air. When I use Roku to access directv stream app, it records my local channels.
Any thoughts?

Do you have your home location set on your Gemini Air? Because it should not be picking up other local networks. You can check that in settings? Also try rebooting your Gemini device to see if that helps.

Hey, @sclawyer08. If the issue continues after rebooting or restarting your Gemini Air device, you may also attempt a factory reset. To do this, press and hold the button on the back of the device for 15 seconds, or use the remote by navigating to Home > Settings > System > Restart/Reset > Factory Reset. I rebooted, restarted, and factory reset. I even created a new profile. The DVR still shows it will record from a non-local network station

I reset my router (ATT Gateway) and made sure my Google account has the correct address, but the issue remains.
My Gemini Air has had bugs from the beginning. First, it would not recognize my Sports Pack and I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with tech support. Plus, when I try to record an upcoming episode directly from the guide rather than from a search that may not air for hours or even days later, it says that the show has already aired.

My Gemini Air serial number: D74VB4MR111731
Another bug with the Gemini Air is that I have 2 of the channel 646 (Fanduel Sport South). I only want 1 channel 646.

@sclawyer08, the second one is an overflow channel in case two events are happening at the same time. You cannot have only one channel. The whole system is designed like that for RSNs.

I have only 1 channel 649, which is a regional sports network. I have only 1 646 when I use Roku and when I watch online

Anyone from Directv still working on my Gemini Air issues? I saw the DM, but couldn't respond to it because the conversation was closed. The DM asked for my Gemini Air serial number, which is D74VB4MR111731

Success! I had to go to the directv website and turn off auto sign in for my gemini. Wait overnight. Reset the gemini to factory setting. During set up, it asked me (for the first time during all of this) for my directv login information, which worked. Unfortunately, I had to start from scratch with a new profile set up, but I think everything is working the way it should now.

Did you get your Gemini device directly from DIRECTV or eBay, for example? If so, was it auto-signed in with the previous owner's credentials? Glad this is resolved now, though @sclawyer08
