Directv Streaming Network Congestion and Much more

I Stream CNBC most of the day and it constantly has issues such as: Network COngestion, Looks like this program is unavailable, few minutes it will go to screensaver etc. Mostly affects CNBC but the others will go to screensaver(SS) often even after I went to Never on the Firestick for SS. You have way toooooo many commercials on ID let me show/repeat this for 8 more times that is what you do. I never had any of these issues with Sling or Youtube TV so it is not my Internet and based on others comments I'd definitely say it is DTV issue only. WIll you please fix or do whatever b4 we all leave you in the dust. Appreciate a solution. 

ADD: Lots folks having issue going to screen saver do search and you will see, one says since updated App.
