Directv stream dvr episodes missing
I use Directv stream, paid for by my Condo’s HOA in Florida, at 2 locations: the Condo and my house in Louisiana. I use Opsrey boxes at this Condo and at my House in Louisiana. I also use directv apps on Firestick and Roku sticks at my house and iPhone/ipad. I spend more time at my house, so on an Osprey box at my house, I have changed my Home location to the Louisiana location in order to be able to use more devices at this location.
I have turned off Location on my Osprey boxes at my house and see my Condo local broadcast channels and am able to record and watch Florida local channels on my Osprey devices. I prefer this setup so that I can record broadcast channels like CBS and Fox while using my Osprey boxes. I am unable to record these Condo local channels while on my iPhone at my house but can watch recorded programs. I understand these limitations.
What I am trying to figure out is some episodes of a PBS miniseries Marble Hall (Edited per community guidelines) (I am a dork when it comes to British mysteries and loved the books) have disappeared from my cloud DVR recordings list on my Osprey boxes, but they were there until recently. I watched the episodes using my cloud dvr recordings. Now the menu says there are 5 recordings, but when I click on the show in My Library, none are listed. It just shows “Set your favorite shows and moves to record, then find them right here.” On that same screen, I click on Go to Series, it brings me Episode 5 and allows me to watch it, but when I click on Episodes, it shows only episode 4 and 5 and gives the correct date that they were recorded. Episodes 1-3 are not listed. I didn’t delete any them from my recordings.
I can find and watch these “missing” episodes when I use my iPhone, Roku stick, and Amazon Firestick while I am at my House. I also see them on the DirecTV website on my PC laptop. I am unable to see if they are watchable from my Condo at this time since I have not gone there since finding this issue. I will look when I go there next time.
Could this be because of the location differences in the service address and my House location? I have confirmed by clicking on Settings, System, Device Preferences , About, that my Location ZIP code and Billing ZIP code match and that my Local channel determination shows that it is Billing ZIP code. If this is a problem, why was I able to see all 5 episodes until recently.
Or could this be that PBS is limiting this because they have their own paid Passport service? It’s not that I see the episodes on the Osprey box listed but get an error message when I click on them. I just don’t see any episodes listed at all. And for comparison, another new season of a different series on PBS does show all of this season’s episodes in my Library. Why would this series be viewable but not the problematic series?
I have tried restarting through the menu my Osprey boxes at my House, but this did not fix the missing episodes. I have not reset my Osprey boxes to Factory settings. I will if it seems like it would somehow work, but I haven’t yet because it’s a pain to remove all the apps again off the Osprey boxes.
I have used iPhones and iPads more recently while traveling outside of my Condo and my House. Would this have caused a problem? It would only have been one device at a time.
Any help would be much appreciated. At least I can airplay from my iPhone to my TV these episodes, it just has me puzzled why this is happening and would like to know if there is a way to avoid this issue in the future with other shows.
Thank you for any help

Thanks for providing a detailed breakdown of your setup and the exact troubleshooting steps you've already taken, @jessicajlin. There are several possible reasons why some episodes of a PBS series may be missing from your cloud DVR recordings on Osprey boxes but are visible on other devices:
- Device Updates: Updates to the My Library page and other features are rolled out over time and may not be available on all devices simultaneously, which could affect how recordings are displayed
- Storage Issues: If your DVR is out of storage space, some recordings may not be saved. You can check and delete old recordings to free up space and try recording again.
- Recording Errors: Sometimes, technical errors can prevent certain episodes from being recorded or displayed. Restarting your device and trying again may help.

These recordings are on an unlimited cloud dvr and they were once present but now aren’t. They were definitely recorded and watchable earlier this month.
I am able to find them on my osprey boxes if I go to My Library and go to A-Z. However, the tile has no image or name of the show. It shows the correct number of episodes and when I click on the blank tile, I see my 5 episodes and can watch them. Why would this be the case?
Thank you for your suggestions.

So earlier this morning, the problem continued. Now the episodes are appearing in My Library without having to go to A-Z. So odd but no need for any further changes. Thank you
