I'm interested in Directv Stream Choice to watch Dodger games on my Android phone or Iphone or Tablet. I see the price listed as $108.99 + tax. Can you tell me if there are additional fees or equipment that I have to pay for, or how long my commitment is?

DirecTV Stream (Bring Your Own Device) has no fees or contract. DirecTV (either DirecTV Satellite or DirecTV via Internet) has fees and a 2-year contract. The 2 are different services. You can not get the proprietary stream box with the DirecTV Stream service.
