Need  more info.  What streaming device? What exactly happens when trying to log in? Can you log in on other devices?

Error codes and messages? Does it work on any other device?

"Error Code" or "Care Code"? I suspect the 8003 to be "Error Code" and the 600 to be "Care Code", correct?

Then try again and verify. Has the app ever worked on your device? Have there been any updates? Also, what trouble solving steps have you attempted? Deleted app cache and data? Reinstalled the app?

With a similar problem on the Roku what worked was changing the password using the directv.com website and then using the new password everywhere. 

I get these same errors on an iphone now. The live chat agents have been unable to resolve the issue. Please advise how to fix this.
