Directv not worth it
Directv is not worth getting service. Never heard back. From the issues I called about. From what I read I’m not the only one who has experienced the same issues that I been having. Not worth the money. You don’t get the help. Directv is way too much money and you don’t get what you pay for. They are over price. Definitely going to a different streaming service. Go with other service. You’ll get more for your money.

Sorry it didn't work out for you. Whatever works best is a personal choice.
Keep in mind AT&T recently completed the sale of DirecTV. Lots of internal moving parts (similar to when AT&T first acquired DirecTV). So hopefully the issues you experienced will be temporary. You can always check down the road to see if any changes work for you.

Customer service is horrible. Everyone look into streaming services before you sign up from my experience don’t sign up for the Directv streaming service. Not one person reach out to me to find out the problem is.

That's why this forum exists. We're here to help. What issue(s) are you having? What equipment?

Like many companies, their customer support is in-bound. They are staffed to handle those calling in. As such outbound calls (reaching out) tend not to happen. Though once in a while someone gets a response from the official forum team (though not guaranteed).
Aside from that, other users in the forum (especially those with the ACE tag) might be able to provide guidance to get you to a solution. Though is helpful to keep the issue to a single thread to avoid any confusion (I see you had two other threads regarding a sign-up issue).
As you have already dealt with the official help team through Direct Message, all that would be left is a BBB complaint to send it up to the corporate level. Usually you get contacted from someone in their Office of the President within a few business days. Perhaps they can shed some light on your situation.
