Directtv freezing up regularly
Hello, My directv is freezing constantly over the past few months when previously we had no issues since install 5 mos ago. Terrible service, and is very annoying when trying to watch tv.

We want to know more, @Hillsidecottage. Please share the brand and model of your TV and confirm if the freezing issue is happening on other devices too, so we can check. Also, are all channels affected or just specific ones? Rhyan, DIRECTV Community Team
