Direct tv app not working on fire tv
I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the app on my firetv but I’m not even able to navigate around the direct tv app. I’ve unplugged the tv for 60 seconds, cleared cache, etc. Nothing is working.

Built in apps are sometimes kind of buggy. I have two Fire TVs and one works OK, but with the other one I had to use an external Fire Stick to get it to work correctly.
Many of the apps built into the TVs leave a lot to be desired. I had to use a Roku box on a Samsung TV, as the DirecTV built in app, just wouldn't work correctly.
If you look through previous posts here, you will see many posts about internal apps not working correctly.
