Can’t scroll in guide
When using the DIRECTV app on my iPad and my iPhone when I’m in the guide and I filter for favorite channels I can no longer scroll the guide down to look at more channels. When I change the filter back to all channels, I can scroll down again.

When you filter the guide to 'Favorites,' it only displays the specific channels you have selected as favorites. If that list is short enough to fit on a single screen, it won't let you scroll down any further. Switching back to 'All Channels' restores the full guide and allows you to scroll normally again.
To expand your list and allow scrolling, just tap the heart icon next to any channel name in the 'All Channels' guide to add it to your favorites. Kenneth, DIRECTV Community Team

But my list is longer than what will fit on a single screen, but I can’t scroll down to view all the channels I have marked as favorites.
