Apple TV app keeps lowering volume
Hi Support,
I have an Apple TV 4K with the DIRECTV app installed. All has been updated and the app is the most current. It is plugged directly into the internet router and I keep basing issues with the audio going lower while the tv volume does not change the actual volume. This keeps happening on all of my Apple TVs and it is beginning to cause distraction. Is there a bug that has not been squashed when watching DIRECTV on Apple TV?

We have seen some reports regarding sudden volume fluctuations specifically affecting the DIRECTV app on Apple TV devices, and our team is actively tracking this behavior. In the meantime, under Audio Format on your Apple TV Settings, try toggling the format to Stereo to see if it prevents the sudden level drops.
