Anyone have experience dealing with LipSync on an LG OLED TV?

I've been experiencing the same lip sync problems on my LG OLED TV's with Directv Streaming.  I'm using their "box" and "stick".  I haven't tried watching DTV Streaming on my Roku to see if it's their equipment, or something changed in their software, or ???  It's happening intermittently so it's hard to pin down.  I've also noticed more volume issues.  Programming is normal then suddenly gets really LOUD then back.

I haven't tried it on the DIRECTV app as I can only use the app via my Fire stick because LG doesn't have the DIRECTV app in their app store.

That's my next try.
