Add a channel for PA customers

So how exactly do I do that? None of the headings in support say "Request a channel."

There is no specific "request a channel" option. You would have to go with a more general feedback option. DirecTV has their own process for considering what networks to possibly negotiate a carriage agreement.

Additional local channels are unlikely because of space available. One slot for a national channel vs 10 slots or more to cover all local affiliates that would carry the channel. And if the channel is a sub-channel then those normally don't get added in the first place.
