8003 error code on ios iphone directv stream
I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times. Help says to clear to the cache, but I don't see where to clear the cache on the iphone. I have turned on/off/on location services. Changed the password etc. Nothing seems to work. I was out of the country (usa) for a couple of weeks and then is when problem started. That said, all other apps are working fine.

Any messages with the error code? Any changes to your environment? Upgrades? Wi-Fi or Cellular, or both?

I called them and they said it is an internal issue that they have been working on for the last several weeks.
