Wrong Local Channels on Stream but correct on Satellite

I used to live in St. Louis (63141), but 5 years ago moved to North Carolina (28078).   My local channels on my Directv satellite reflect the local North Carolina channels accurately, but online and through any mobile app, they still show the St. Louis channels.   The billing information has long since been updated to North Carolina, yet I am still getting St. Louis streaming channels.   I've made not less than 6 calls to the helpless desk and cannot get this resolved.  I am about to ditch Directv because of this and go with something else.

Are you paying for both DirecTV (satellite) and a separate DirecTV streaming service, or is the issue with the streaming options under the satellite account?

If satellite-only, did you do an official movers order with DirecTV? With satellite, it is your physical service address that matters, not the billing address/information.

If the issue is with a separate DIRECTV STREAM account, that one goes by the billing address (as there is no separate physical service address for that service). But it also depends on the capability of location services on whatever streaming device you are using. Is it all streaming devices having the issue, or just certain ones?

At least with satellite you can refresh service authorizations through your online account. Try that, along with reinstalling the app on your streaming device, and see if that kicks it through (refresh is normally for the box itself, but it may help clear the location bug.)

If that doesn't work, it may just be out of the realm of normal support. At which point I would consider a BBB complaint to kick it up higher if needed.

It's the streaming services under the satellite account.  I've confirmed all of the billing info is correct, and it's the same story on all devices, even newer devices that never lived in St. Louis with me.  I did call the loyalty line today and advised I was canceling if this isn't resolved.  It is quite frustrating.
