Why are not all my subscribed channels available for streaming?

I’m logged into my account on the app and not receiving all of my subscriptions channels. Usually I do, but recently they are missing. I have satellite tv not the streaming service. Did this get taken away for satellite users?

DirecTV doesn't have streaming rights for every channel.

I can tell you what channels I am getting, which is 80, 81, 235, 238, 239, 240, 273, 288, 293, 298, 302, 303, 313, 315, 318,328, 338, 347, 349, 351, 354, 357, 358, 364, then STARZ, and HBO max. To clarify, I have the choice package.

When did that change?

DirecTV has never had the rights to stream every channel. Some channels change what content is available for streaming more often than others.

Could be an update on the channel's side on what is permitted (or not) for streaming for the satellite service, or a background issue with the new app and migration of systems to the new co-owner.

Are you using the classic DirecTV app or the new one to be used by both DirecTV and DIRECTV STREAM? On what device are using the app on? Have you tried the app on another device (verifies if issue is the app in general or just to a specific device).
