Unable to see purchased movies on channel 1100.
When I select the purchased movie for viewing, I get a “No Signal” message and the screen goes completely black. I have to turn everything off, then back on again to get a signal.

DVR/Receiver model number?
TV brand/model number? How old?
How is the DVR/Receiver connected to your TV?
The most likely cause for this is feeding your TV a video signal that it cannot process. Some of the movies are in 1080p video format and some TVs cannot process that resolution.

The message "No Signal" is from the TV itself. If it is only happening with On Demand PPVs (channel 1100) then suggests a resolution conflict.
Is it just the On Demand PPVs that have this issue?
Model of box?
What TV do you have?
Is either the TV or DirecTV box plugged into a 'smart' power strip?
Are you using HDMI-CEC? (if the TV has it)
