My tv keeps switching over to 480p resolution. Went to the display settings and it is checked in the box. Unable to uncheck it! Help please

What is the receiver model? Have you tried a red button reset (side by the Access card for HR54 series or front where it says 'PUSH')?
What channel forces your receiver into 480p, is it an SD Channel?

It is a genie, have not tried the reset button. It will do it during various programs. Sometimes during local news and other times while watching a previous recorded show. Thanks for getting back to me.

Traditionally either all the boxes are checked or just 720p, 1080i, 1080p, and 4K on 4k Genie clients.

Will try to reset and also check the boxes like suggested. The weird part is it will switch during the program being watched!
