Signal defaults to Lenoir City TN
I'm a recent subscriber to Direct TV Gemini Air using ATT fiber. Installing tech ( ATT) did not do a complete job of setup. Within 48 hours we experienced the programming for our package "change" from our local channels and guide for our zip code and instead deliver the signal for Lenoir City TN. This occurred overnight and just appeared when I turned TV on the next morning.
Our TV is a Toshiba Smart TV. We have paired the Gemini remote to the set. Our router from ATT is providing 1 gig Wifi. Excellent.
I note that the Lenoir City TN ( Knoxville network news) was the HQ for Direct TV when the company began.
Frontline CS ( offshore) at Direct TV has been unable to offer reason for these interruptions. Fixed it once when providing a "reset" on their end. Provided no ongoing self help ideas. If this persists we plan to return to "cable" coaxial as service levels are better when "trouble" occurs.
Is there an "expert" out there who has experienced same and has a foolproof solution or advice on how to obtain it, that will be most appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, @usna73. Just a quick note about local channel availability—it's determined by your billing ZIP code and your home designated market area. If your guide isn't showing the right channels, here are some friendly tips to help you fix it:
-Press Home on your remote.
-Open Settings > General > System Summary.
-Make sure your ZIP Code is correct.
-Go to Location > Location Status and toggle OFF.
-Press the red button on the side of your device to restart it.
-Toggle your Location Status ON after you restart.

With Gemini Air, you have the streaming-only service for DirecTV instead of satellite service?
To verify Designated Market Area (DMA) for your locals, what is your zip code? And is this the same for billing and where you are receiving service? (Streaming goes off billing zip, but satellite goes off physical address even if billing is elsewhere. This is because traditional pay TV cable or satellite stays put but streaming is more mobile).
