Yes, the Santa Tracker should start being active in the next week or so. I believe it was on Ch 110 in the past but not sure about now.

I know a hack to get the Santa tracker to work anytime of the year.
First, go to Ch. 188.
If it doesn't load, go to info.
Go to all seasons.
If you see some date, click on it.
If it doesn't let you in, try again, it should take you 1-3 tries.
