roku is frozen and will not go back to a direct tv screen. Westinghouse roku tv

I have a direct tv satellite in the country in the middle of nowhere, Westinghouse Roku tv.  I tried to add the internet to roku.  It got too complicated so I closed it.  It is frozen on activate your tv. I cannot get back to Direct Tv.

The other tv is working.  I am afraid if I reinstall roku it will mess up the other 2 direct tv televisions.  I spent an hour on roku chat.  

I am 70 and really do not want to mess up my other 2 tvs
