I had a Code 920.  Now it says 772.

@dottiepinn You can go to https://www.directv.com/support/article/000093603 and put in the error code to see what the issue is and resolution.  Both those codes are affiliated with satellite service.  This is the MyFree DIRECTV topic area which is one of the streaming products DIRECTV offers.  The link above can assist you going forward.

This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks.  I want it fixed or I will terminate servicce

What device are you trying to watch on?

Which version of DirecTV do you have? Satellite; STREAM (no contract, bring your own device); via Internet (service agreement and provided streaming box)

What troubleshooting have you tried?

Did anything happen prior to getting the error message?
