Missing Text
A year ago I upgraded from a HD DVR receiver that was several years old to the latest Genie 2 receiver package. When that happened I noticed to problems:
1. The response time of the Genie 2 was about half of what it was on the old receiver. There is noticeable lag time / latency in all operations.
2. When going to "List" there is often missing text. Have to Exit and List again until all text shows up.
I have been waiting a year for a firmware update to fix these problems, but none has occurred.
Is there any way to resolve/fix these two issues? Have these been reported to DirecTV, and if not how can one do so?
