Whenever the owner of your local NBC affiliate returns it. DTV is not in a dispute with NBC but the owner of your local station probably Nexstar and Dish has been in a dispute with them since Jan.

It is not NBC and its affiliate stations. It is all affiliate stations (NBC or not) that are owned by Nexstar. Any networks owned by another company, or directly by NBC, are still available.
As for "when", well that will be when DirecTV and Nexstar reach an agreement. There is no set date that two entities will agree with each other.
