When streaming DIRECTV and I go to guide the current channel shows through so much that I can’t read the channel descriptions. How do I change the transparency so I can read show descriptors?

Sorry, I don't think you can change such a thing. Perhaps try increasing your TV brightness through the settings, maybe.
