CBS Freezing

If it's just that one station then it's likely an issue with their feed to DirecTV. Contact the local station engineer and let them know about the issue. 

Stanley enough, it is likewise happening on CNN occasionally with Directv Stream. Also happens on Headline News, but not with any other channel that I have noticed so far.

Is anyone else having this CBS network and my local WWMT station issue lately? I have been having this picture freezing issue for over 6 months now and after many phone calls to DirecTV they would always want me to reset the receiver. pull the card and re-install it, and unplug the receiver and plug it in. I have told them many times I have done this, and the issue is on their end, not mine.

When I reminded them, I have been with them for 28 years and have never had this problem in the past, they finally sent out a tech and checked the dish and replaced the receiver and the problem is still there. So, I have been using the outside antenna to watch the CBS station. Hopefully they will take care of this soon.

They said they generated a ticket for the tech department 2 weeks ago when I called, but no improvement yet. Thanks

What CBS station?

Is this the only channel with this issue?  If yes, it's most likely an issue with their feed to DirecTV. 

WWMT

Yes, it is on all WWMT and all CBS programming. The picture is perfect when using the outside OTA antenna on the tower.

Be sure to notify both WWMT and DirecTV about the issue. The station might not be aware that their DirecTV feed is messed up.
