Weather channel issue
The local forecasts are not coming up on the Weather Channel when the red button is depressed. Is this a DirectTV issue or a Weather Channel issue?

What is the DIRECTV receiver model that you have? This is a directv issue if the red button on the remote doesn't trigger the weather to show up. I'd suggest a red button reset on the receiver (side by the Access card for HR54 series or front where it says 'PUSH')
