TV app (within DirectTV app) stopped working on our android tv. All of our other tvs are working fine.
We cannot select the TV app on our Android. It started a few nights ago. We can select Netflix and other apps but the TV app doesn't open. All of our other TV's are working fine (we can select the tv app and other apps with no issues.
We've tried several suggestions that we found online with no success.

Hi there. Thanks for trying to resolve the issue. We're sorry you can't access the DIRECTV App on your Android TV. Please try to follow these steps.
- Check for Android Updates
- Check for DIRECTV App Updates
- Ensure Storage is not Full
- Force Close the App
- Power cycle the device. From the Android device, press and hold power when the Power Off indicator appears, select it. Wait 30 seconds and press Power to turn it back on.
- Launch the App.
