NBA League Pass still is not working on Day 1. This seems to happen every year.
NBA app says - "Your plan does not include access to League Pass. Please contact your TV Provider to upgrade or Subscribe to League Pass below."
NBA website says-
Success! You now have access to NBA TV with your Subscription. but then gives the same error when you try to watch a game.
My friend said his NBA.com account (he subscribes through them) is working flawlessly.
I am desperate for some answers on whether or not I can even watch my team tonight, or even this week at all?

There was a known issue with the NBA League Pass the previous week, and it has been fixed. Here are the steps you should follow to access to the service again:
1. Log out of the app and log back in.
2. If you're still having issues, please reset your password, log out and back in.
This should resolve the issue.

We know the importance of enjoying the NBA games with your subscription. Please, confirm to us if you're able to watch the games on your DIRECTV receiver. Also, when you added the subscription for your Satellite service.

same problem here
i am able to watch games via satellite. but not online thru all my devices.
i have had nba league pass on service for 10+ years. it just re-subscribes automatically

Yep, same issue. Works fine on receivers but cannot get access on remote devices.

You're not alone. I go thru this crap every bleeping year between NBA.com and Directv and no one really takes charge of it. Eventually, somebody does something but it's after the fact fact and then DIrectv doesn't even reimburse us for their screw up. When it works, it's great but they drag their feet at the beginning of the season

My husband is currently on his 5th call with direct tv. We are having the exact same problem. Can watch on our tv using cable but the nba app does not work on any of our other devices. Obviously this is a major issue but no one at direct tv has any answers or solutions. It really is the worst customer service by far. Has anybody had their issue resolved? This call my husband is on, is currently a 45 min one and still getting the run around. @DIRECTVhelp we need better from you.

Good GOD!!!! I just got off the phone with these knuckleheads, after an hour, and NOBODY HAS A CLUE WHAT TO DO!!!! We need some compensation for wasting our time and patience, as well as not being ready for when the season starts. I have NFL Sunday Ticket, and there's no problem at all when the season starts, online or satelite.

Same. Every year it takes some time to get sorted out. Maybe it happens after the free trial on satellite is over?

I’m here to save everyone a ton of hassle that I went through. Ok. You can only be logged in with your service provider, aka Directv, etc. You cannot be logged into NBA.com AND Directv at the same time because NBA.com will take precedent over Directv. Once you are logged in to only your service provider, the games should come on. If it doesn’t work for some reason, delete the app, reinstall and only log into your service provider.

I have the same problem and can't find a solution. I've tried logging in only thru directv, and I still have the same problem. I have found ONE game (MIN vs SAS on Oct 30) that will play, all other games won't play and give me the message "your plan does not include access to League Pass. Please contact your TV Provider to upgrade or Subscribe to League Pass below". I've called Directv 3 times to report this, and they can't find a solution.
