Guide colors on the tablet

OK. This is likely due to the fact that your iPad updated to the newer DIRECTV app which has aimed to integrate both DIRECTV STREAM as welll as DIRECTV satellite customers/logins into one application. The DIRECTV on the Go application ( as it was previously known for just satellite customers) is/has been discontinued and is no longer usable. We can only hope that DIRECTV integrates such a feature, but no one here would know since we are customers like you on a public forum.

I suggest you get in contact with DIRECTV directly to ask about this feature apparently previously present in the satellite-only app.

Same here. Can not see white background guide on pc and Ipad. Going to drop service because of this.
