FIFA Women's World Cup broadcast screw up

The end of the highlights show on FS1 broadcast spilled into the beginning of the game revealing the results. Recording was set to start on time not early. Who's idea was it to have a highlights show just before the game broadcast on the same channel?  Why did it spill into the beginning of the recording that was to start on time. What a bunch of rubbish.
